The topic of my film is tattoos. I am interested in researching the topic because many stereotypes are labeled to people with tattoos. These stereotypes include a whore, drop out, and a follower.
My intention with the film is to break down the typical stereotypes about people with tattoos and get to the real story. A tattoo isn't just a picture, every tattoo has an inspirational motivation and a story behind it.
Tattoos can give the wrong impression off some people, but that's not what tattoo's are supposed to be about. Tattoos should be for/from a memorable event/thing in one's life. My personal connection to tattoos is that it's an art, and I am an artist. I love drawing, especially if I've been inspired off of someone or some thing.
